About me
I am an engineering manager with more than twenty years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation and DevOps. I help teams and businesses keep their systems running well: less waste, greater reliability, and processes that hold up when things get complicated.
I come from Ivrea, where Carnival is a big part of life. I throw oranges with the Scacchi team, and those days teach you to handle pressure without losing your head. Outside work, I coach and serve on the management team of a football club: another way to be part of a group and help it work well.
For a few years now, I have also made space to share what sparks my curiosity. On YouTube and through my podcast M Talk, I discuss technology, artificial intelligence and how these tools are changing work and everyday life. I like taking things apart to understand how they really work, then explaining them without assuming prior knowledge.
Civic engagement also matters to me. I follow politics from a liberal and progressive perspective, and believe technology and rights should develop together, rather than working against one another.
